Nationwide Shipping

We ship anywhere in Aotearoa! Whether you're in Auckland, Invercargill, or somewhere in between – we’ll get your gear to you.

Shipping Timeframes

Because we customise most orders, your delivery time depends on what you're ordering:

  • Unbranded stock: Usually dispatched within 1–3 working days
  • Branded/customised gear: Allow 7–15 working days from artwork approval (we’ll always give you a heads-up on timing)
  • Large bulk or offshore orders: We’ll confirm ETA with you directly – can vary depending on the size or factory lead times

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For bulk orders or freight shipments, we’ll give you a custom quote and confirm everything before we go ahead.

Local Pickup

Based in Tāmaki Makaurau? We can offer free pickup from our warehouse by arrangement – just get in touch.

Tracking

Once your order's on the move, we’ll send you tracking details so you can keep an eye on it. For large or multi-site deliveries, we’ll confirm how tracking will be shared.

Delivery Partners

We use reliable local couriers and freight companies depending on the size and destination. If your business has preferred delivery instructions or requirements, just let us know and we’ll work with it.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, or something seems off – reach out to us and we’ll get it sorted quickly.
